This section details the operational support, inventory logistics, workforce management, and reseller hierarchy screens implemented in the frontend.


1. Helpdesk & Support Tickets (/support)

Purpose

Centralized ticketing system for customer technical complaints, fiber issues, billing disputes, and service restoration tracking.

2. Field Tasks & Dispatch (/tasks)

Purpose

Assigns, tracks, and verifies on-site tasks for field technicians (e.g., optical fiber splicing, new customer home installations, drop-cable replacements).

Key Features

  • Task Board / List: Displays task title, priority, customer location/zone, assigned technician, and scheduled completion time.
  • Status Progression: Pending -> In Transit -> On Site -> Completed -> Verified.

3. Hardware Inventory (/inventory)

Purpose

Tracks warehouse stock of physical networking equipment, optical accessories, and customer premises equipment (CPE) with serial tracking.

Tracked Items:

  • Routers: MikroTik hEX, hAP ac2/ac3, CCR models.
  • ONUs: XPON / GPON single-port and dual-band Wi-Fi optical terminals.
  • Optical Accessories: Patch cords, fiber splitters (1:8, 1:16), TJ boxes, fast connectors.
  • Actions: Add item, assign serial to customer, mark defective/RMA, low-stock threshold alerts.

4. Reports & Business Analytics (/reports)

Purpose

Generates executive, financial, and operational reports with export capabilities (CSV / Excel).

Route & Permission

  • Role Guard: super_admin, admin, billing

Available Reports:

  • Revenue & Collections: Cash vs. digital collection breakdown by payment gateway and collector.
  • Due & Aging Report: Customers overdue for 30, 60, or 90+ days.
  • Subscriber Churn & Growth: New activations vs. disconnected accounts over time.
  • Bandwidth Consumption Summary: Average and peak usage per package tier.

5. Resellers & Sub-ISPs (/resellers)

Purpose

Manages multi-tier reseller partnerships (L1 Resellers and L2 Sub-dealers), wholesale package pricing, commission structures, and credit wallet balances.

Components & Actions:

  • Reseller Cards & Table: Reseller code, name, tier (L1/L2), active subscriber count, wallet balance.
  • Add Balance Dialog: Credits funds to reseller's balance for automated subscriber recharges.
  • Commission Ledger: Real-time commission earnings per subscriber package renewal.

6. Staff & Human Resources (/staff, /hr)

  • /staff: Internal directory of staff accounts, department assignments, and system permission roles (admin, billing, support, technician).
  • /hr: Employee profile management, monthly attendance logging, basic salary settings, and salary disbursement tracking.

7. Call Center CRM (/callcenter)

Purpose

Logs inbound and outbound customer support calls, agent call handling durations, caller caller-ID identification, and quick-access CRM ticket creation.


8. Customer Wallets & Offers (/wallet, /offers)

  • /wallet: Customer prepaid balance ledger, showing top-up transactions, automatic monthly subscription debits, and balance adjustments.
  • /offers: Promotional discount campaigns, seasonal offers, and coupon code configurations for customer acquisition.
